Tory Lane was born in 1982 with an Italian and Polish heritage in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As a teen she was trained in the classical art of ballet dance, a set of skills that would serve her well throughout her career in porn and as a feature dancer around the world.

Looking to revive her faltering porn career, Tory took a slot on Jenna’s American Sex Star in 2006. The reality show was broadcast on Playboy TV and it put several pornstars into a competition designed to decide who the next great icon of smut would be, with Hall Of Fame Pornstar Jenna Jameson as the host and primary talent judge. Tory didn't win, she finished in second place to Roxy Jezel, but her performance was enough to rekindle her career and to create a porn rivalry between Roxy and herself which many porn fans still argue fiercely about. Roxy and Tory are so different, choosing one or the other is impossible and at Hall Of Fame Porn we never understand why a fan can't love both!
Not wasting any time licking her wounds from the porn reality show loss, Tory Lane picked herself up and dusted herself off the way she always does. Signing an exclusive deal as a contract girl for porn studio powerhouse Sin City Video in May of 2007. The deal called for Tory to be an exclusive contract girl for Sin City for two years and also included her first work as a porn movie Director as well. Unfortunately Tory proved once again that the raw emotion she expresses on screen when getting fucked hardcore carries over to her off screen life as well. Less than a year into the deal she and Sin City parted company.
Tory Lane returned to the feature dancer career she once had and began touring the country as a stripper meeting thousands of her adoring fans in gentlemens clubs all over the world.
